I felt very relaxed and the place is cosy and comfortable. Very good rest during my stay.
A bit noisy. The sound-proof isn't very good.

It's not my kind of hotel (but it was my mistake)... it was nice, but we stayed only 2 days. The staff was very helpful. The hotel had a descent decoration and free internet (but with schedule). The room was clean and very good location, close to the city-center and some main attractions of Florence.
You could hear everything from the staircase and the railway - train passing by. We slept ok.The breakfast was very poor (funny to tell us, that was the italian kind breakfast) and all in packages. They leave you a tray in the room with the basics and a boiler for water. Deffinility, it's not my kind of hotel.

We stayed in the room in the attic, it was nice, different than a hotel room, fully equipped with fridge, cooker, laundry machine etc, but we stayed only 2 days, so we didn't need them anyway. The staff was very helpful, even if their english were poor. The hotel had a descent decoration and free internet. The room even had anti mosquito devices.
The room was clean, but slightly cold and you could hear everything from the staircase and the railway - train passing by. We slept ok, but we were very tired. I think a light sleeper might have a problem. Also breakfast was poor and all in packages. They leave you a tray in the room with the basics and a boiler for water. We ate the toasts with marmalade and drunk green tea. Next day they didn't replace them. They just brought us toasts (now we had nothing to eat them with) and no new tea bags.

Little cosy hotel with very friendly servants. I was glad to find a bike for rent here. There are a lot of many pleasures like coffe mashine, tea pot, corcscrew and there is an ice-cream shop with fair, delicious hand-made ice-cream near to the hotel.

The room was comfy, well presented, beautiful, clean, and perfect. The pre-arrange breakfast was very convenient to give you the independence that you need to have it wherever you want it. The receptionist was not only so helpful giving us very important tips to find places to eat and visit. Additionally she was nice and sweet. This is one place that I would recommend with close eyes and one that we will come back.

We had the triple room facing the railway station. A train passes every 5 minutes.

Nice cozy atmosphere, feeling is like home. Parking in the front of hotel is OK and places can be found. Free internet is also a big plus.
Ecoworld brand would need to stress a bit more also the aspect of breakfast food and I would expect a bit more "eco" in that as well. Current offer is full with conservants, but of course always is possible not to eat that and go outside for the breakfast.

The girl who is in charge of the reception is very nice and help us whit all our questions,
The shower door was broke and it was very hard to close. We have to check out from the hotel at 8:45 am because our train schedule, and there was nobody at the hotel reception office, so we leave a note and the key, I think that you have to ask to the recepcionist the day before how to do the early checkout.
